The automatic locking mechanism of the unmanned forklift relates to the technical field of automatic locking and comprises a main body assembly, a driving assembly is fixedly connected to one side of the outer wall of the main body assembly, and a locking assembly is in threaded connection with the interior of the driving assembly. In the using process, under the interaction of the main body assembly, the driving assembly and the locking assembly, when the device is used, goods can be received through the inserting plate under the mutual transmission of all the assemblies in the device, and then the goods are conveyed through other assemblies; the two sets of limiting columns are inserted into the tooth grooves correspondingly, the annular tooth column is inserted into the notch in the outer portion of the gear body, therefore, up-down movement limiting is conducted on the movable column and an assembly fixed to the movable column, rotation limiting is conducted on rotation of the threaded rod, and through the two modes, the height of the inserting plate can be better locked; stability of goods in the transportation process is guaranteed, and the structure is simple, safe and reliable.

    本发明公开了一种无人叉车自动锁紧机构,涉及自动锁紧技术领域,包括主体组件,主体组件的外壁一侧固定连接有驱动组件,驱动组件的内部螺纹连接有紧锁组件。本发明在使用中,通过在主体组件、驱动组件、与紧锁组件的相互作用下,该装置在使用时,利用装置其内部各个组件的相互传动下,能够完成插板对货物进行承接处理,而后在其他组件的相互传递下,从而将两组限位柱分别插设在齿槽内部以及环形齿柱插设在齿轮主体外部槽口内部,从而对移动柱以及与之相固定的组件进行上下移动限位以及对螺纹杆的转动进行限转,通过此两种方式,能够更好地对插板的高度进行紧锁,保证了货物在运输过程中的稳定,结构简单同时安全可靠。
