The invention relates to the technical field of aluminum ingot transportation, in particular to a stacking type transportation device for preventing aluminum ingot surfaces from being scratched, which comprises a bottom plate, universal wheels are detachably mounted on the four sides of the outer end of the bottom plate, side plates are fixedly mounted on the left side and the right side of the upper end of the bottom plate, and a partition plate is fixedly mounted in the center of the upper end of the bottom plate; clamping plates are arranged at the inner end of each side plate and the left end and the right end of the partition plate, a first protection pad is fixedly installed on the side wall of one end of each clamping plate, the clamping plates are slidably connected with the upper end of the bottom plate, and driving parts are arranged at the lower ends of the clamping plates. Two adjacent clamping plates are driven by a motor to synchronously move towards one side of an aluminum ingot, the side face of the aluminum ingot is clamped through a first protection pad, then an electric push rod is started to drive a pressing plate and a rotating plate to move downwards, the upper end of the aluminum ingot is fixed through contact between a second protection pad and the upper end of the aluminum ingot, and the effect of avoiding displacement of the aluminum ingot in the transferring process is achieved; therefore, the aluminum ingots are prevented from moving and being scratched.

    本发明涉及铝锭运输技术领域,具体为一种防止铝锭表面划伤的堆积式运输装置,包括:底板,底板的外端四侧均可拆卸的安装有万向轮,所述底板的上端左右两侧均固定安装有侧板,上端中心处固定安装有分隔板,每块侧板的内端和分隔板的左右两端均设置有夹持板,夹持板的一端侧壁上固定安装有防护垫一,夹持板和底板的上端滑动连接,夹持板的下端设置有驱动部件;通过电机驱动相邻的两个夹持板同步向铝锭的一侧移动,通过防护垫一将铝锭的侧面夹持住,然后启动电动推杆驱动压板和转动板下移通过防护垫二和铝锭的上端接触,将铝锭的上端固定住,起到避免铝锭在转移过程中发生位移,从而避免铝锭之间相互移动和划伤。
