The invention relates to an outside rear-view mirror with a mirror surface elastically connected with a mirror shell and a vehicle. An actuator is arranged in the mirror shell, and an opening is formed in the mounting end of the mirror shell; the mirror surface is connected with the part of the actuator extending out of the opening; the annular elastic telescopic piece is located between the installation end and the mirror face, the end faces of the two sides of the annular elastic telescopic piece are attached to the end face of the installation end and the mirror face respectively, and therefore a traditional mirror ring structure can be omitted; therefore, dust and water can be prevented from entering the mirror shell, the adjusting requirement is met, the size of the whole mirror shell can be reduced, a mirror ring structure is omitted, and therefore the wind resistance coefficient and the weight of a vehicle are reduced.
