The electric vehicle charger can be moved to any position for charging, so that a special parking lot for charging the electric vehicle does not need to be appointed, even if the electric vehicle and a common motor vehicle are parked in a non-differentiated manner, the charging of the electric vehicle does not have any problem, and in addition, the electric vehicle does not need to be moved to other space after charging is completed.
