The invention relates to a vehicle driver health monitoring method implemented in a vehicle. The method comprises the steps of: recording and storing medical data of the driver indicative of a pressure level and/or health of the driver; recording and storing driving environment data about the automobile; determining and storing an association between the stored driving environment data and the stored medical data; and outputting a signal relating to a measure for improving the pressure level and/or health of the driver based on the stored association, the current medical data and/or the current driving environment. The invention also relates to a motor vehicle configured to execute the currently described method for monitoring the health of the driver of the motor vehicle.
