The invention provides an abnormal charging protection device and method for a power battery. The abnormal charging protection device comprises a first switching circuit, a second switching circuit, a third switching circuit, a fourth switching circuit, a fifth switching circuit, a sixth switching circuit and a motor controller. One ends of the first switch circuit, the third switch circuit and the fifth switch circuit are electrically connected with the U-phase wiring end, the V-phase wiring end and the W-phase wiring end of the generator respectively, and the other ends are connected with the positive terminal of the power battery. And one ends of the second switch circuit, the fourth switch circuit and the sixth switch circuit are electrically connected with the U-phase wiring end, the V-phase wiring end and the W-phase wiring end of the generator respectively, and the other ends are connected with the cathode wiring end of the power battery. The motor controller controls the switching circuits to be switched on or switched off when the recovery electromotive force of the generator is larger than the voltage upper limit threshold value of the power battery, so that a current loop is formed among the U phase, the V phase and the W phase of the generator, and charging of the power battery is stopped. The functional safety of the whole vehicle can be improved.

    本发明提供一种动力电池异常充电保护装置及方法,包括:第一开关电路、第二开关电路、第三开关电路、第四开关电路、第五开关电路、第六开关电路和电机控制器。第一开关电路、第三开关电路和第五开关电路的一端分别与发电机的U相接线端、V相接线端和W相接线端电连接,另一端与动力电池的正极接线端连接。第二开关电路、第四开关电路和第六开关电路的一端分别与发电机的U相接线端、V相接线端和W相接线端电连接,另一端与动力电池的负极接线端连接。电机控制器在发电机回收电动势大于动力电池的电压上限阈值时控制各开关电路导通或断开,使发电机的U相、V相和W相之间构成电流回路,以阻断对动力电池的充电。本发明能提升整车功能安全。
