The invention discloses a design method for a flow guide part of a collapsible bumper, the bumper, a vehicle and equipment, and the design comprises the following steps: determining a boundary plane S1 of the flow guide part and the bumper under the condition that the vehicle is fully loaded; determining a flexible glue area of the flow guide piece; the intersecting line L3 is trimmed, and a soft/hard rubber intersecting line L4 is determined; materials of a hard rubber area and a soft rubber area of the flow guide part are determined respectively, so that hard rubber of the air guide part meets performance requirements, and the soft rubber material meets a collapsible function. The area, lower than the approach angle/departure angle, of the bumper is independently divided into an independent part, due to the special structure, when the bumper collides with an obstacle, the damage degree of the part can be reduced, if the part is broken and replaced, the whole bumper does not need to be detached and replaced, the maintenance cost is greatly reduced, the aerodynamic performance requirement is met, and the service life of the bumper is prolonged. And the problem of collision damage caused by too low position of a bumper area is solved.

    本发明公开了一种可溃缩保险杠导流件设计方法、保险杠、车辆及设备,设计包括以下步骤:在车辆满载的情况下,确定导流件与保险杠分界平面S1;确定导流件软胶区域;修整所述相交线L3,确定软/硬胶相交线L4;分别确定导流件硬胶区域和软胶区域材料,使导风件硬胶满足性能要求,软胶材料满足可溃缩功能。本发明将保险杠低于接近角/离去角区域单独分割出一个独立零件,特殊结构使其在与障碍物碰撞事时,能够减少零件损坏程度,如摔坏更换零件即可,不需拆卸更换整个保险杠,大大降低了维修成本,既满足空气动力学性能要求,又解决保险杠区域位置过低而碰撞损坏问题。
