The invention relates to a new energy automobile battery system wide temperature range heat management method, which comprises the following steps of: establishing a heat production and heat transfer nonlinear system model of a control-oriented battery system, and controlling an actuator of the battery system by adopting a model predictive control method, a cost function of battery system target temperature tracking and actuator energy consumption is established under a wide environment temperature range condition, a dynamic programming algorithm is utilized to solve a nonlinear battery system temperature model predictive control problem, a predictive state boundary is firstly calculated, then an optimal control sequence is reversely calculated, and the optimal control sequence is calculated. The first instruction of the control sequence is used as the control quantity of the actuator, so that the temperature of the battery system is maintained in a reasonable range, and meanwhile, the energy consumption of the actuator is saved. Compared with the prior art, the thermal management actuator of the battery system is controlled by adopting the model predictive control and dynamic programming algorithm, and low-energy-consumption control of the temperature of the battery system can be realized in a wide temperature range by debugging the temperature tracking weight in the cost function.

    本发明涉及一种新能源汽车电池系统宽温域热管理方法,该方法包括:建立控制导向的电池系统的产热和传热学非线性系统模型,采用模型预测控制的方法控制电池系统的执行器,在宽环境温域条件下建立电池系统目标温度跟踪和执行器能耗的代价函数,利用动态规划算法求解非线性电池系统温度模型预测控制问题,先计算预测状态边界,再反向计算最优控制序列,使用控制序列的第一个指令作为执行器的控制量,以使电池系统的温度维持在合理的范围的同时节约执行器能耗。与现有技术相比,本发明采用模型预测控制和动态规划算法控制电池系统的热管理执行器,通过代价函数中温度跟踪权重的调试可以在宽温域范围实现电池系统温度的低能耗控制。
