The invention discloses a subway air-conditioning water system real-time monitoring and fault prediction system and method based on RAMS. The system comprises a data acquisition module, a data processing module, a state evaluation module and an alarm and maintenance module. Temperature, pressure and flow operation parameters of the system are collected in real time; transmitting the acquired data to a database for storage, and regularly inputting manual inspection data of an operation management unit; the data processing module is used for cleaning and preprocessing the data, the data processing module is used for extracting the data, and the state evaluation module is used for evaluating the state of the system, including monitoring and predicting the running state and potential faults of the system; and according to an analysis result of the state evaluation module, if a potential fault is predicted, an alarm signal is sent out through the alarm and maintenance module, and meanwhile, a maintenance suggestion is provided according to the predicted fault condition. The reliability, usability, maintainability and safety of the subway air-conditioning water system are improved, faults can be warned in advance, and the stability of the system is improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于RAMS的地铁空调水系统实时监控与故障预测系统及方法,系统包括数据采集模块、数据处理模块、状态评估模块和报警与维护模块;实时采集系统的温度、压力、流量运行参数;将采集的数据传输至数据库中保存,并定期输入运营管理单位的人工巡检数据;对所述数据进行清洗和预处理,利用数据处理模块提取的数据,通过状态评估模块进行系统的状态评估,包括监测和预测系统的运行状态和潜在故障;根据状态评估模块的分析结果,若预测到潜在故障,则通过报警与维护模块发出报警信号,同时根据预测的故障情况提供维护建议。本发明提高了地铁空调水系统的可靠性、可用性、可维修性、安全性,可提前预警故障,提高系统稳定性。
