The worm gear structure comprises a main worm gear, the main worm gear comprises a main body part and an installation part which are integrally formed, the installation part is annular and protrudes out of one side plane of the main body part, insections are arranged on the inner wall of the installation part, a first through hole is formed in the position, corresponding to the inner circle of the installation part, of the main body part, and a second through hole is formed in the main body part; the insection extends to the inner wall of the first through hole; the auxiliary worm gear is provided with a second through hole, the diameter of the second through hole is larger than that of the mounting part, and the mounting part penetrates through the second through hole so that the auxiliary worm gear and the main worm gear can be combined; a first containing hole is formed in the main body part, a first fixing piece is arranged in the first containing hole, a second containing hole corresponding to the first containing hole is formed in the auxiliary worm wheel, a second fixing piece is arranged in the second containing hole, and an elastic piece is connected between the first fixing piece and the second fixing piece. The backlash gap of the worm and gear structure is eliminated, and noise is reduced.

    本发明实施例公开了一种蜗轮结构,包括:主蜗轮,所述主蜗轮包括一体成型的主体部及安装部,所述安装部为环形,凸出所述主体部的一侧平面,所述安装部的内壁设有齿纹,所述主体部与所述安装部的内圆对应的位置开设有第一通孔,所述齿纹延伸至所述第一通孔的内壁;副蜗轮,所述副蜗轮开设有第二通孔,第二通孔的直径大于所述安装部的直径,安装部穿过所述第二通孔以使副蜗轮与主蜗轮合并;所述主体部开设有第一容置孔,所述第一容置孔内设有第一固定件,所述副蜗轮开设有与第一容置孔对应的第二容置孔,所述第二容置孔内设有第二固定件,所述第一固定件与所述第二固定件之间连接有弹性件。消除了蜗轮蜗杆结构的回空间隙,减小了噪音。
