The invention discloses an intelligent maintenance platform for a flood discharge flow passage of a hydropower station, which comprises a platform suspended beam and a maintenance operation platform, and the platform suspended beam and the maintenance operation platform are connected through a traction rope; the platform suspended beam is arranged at the bottom of a steel gate groove and serves as an anchoring structure. The maintenance operation platform is driven by the traction rope to gradually move upwards along the flow channel from the bottom of the flood discharge flow channel; the maintenance work platform comprises a movable chassis, movable rollers are arranged on the movable chassis, a winch is installed on the upper portion, and the end of a traction rope of the winch is fixed to a platform hanging beam. A turnover leveling platform is further installed on the movable chassis, one end of the turnover leveling platform is hinged to the movable chassis, and the other end of the turnover leveling platform can turn over upwards to form an included angle with the movable chassis. And a lifting platform is mounted on the turnover leveling platform. The method is easy to erect and convenient to operate, reinforcing steel bars do not need to be implanted into the runner, damage to the bottom plate of the runner is avoided, and meanwhile it is guaranteed that safe and stable operation can be conducted on the slope of the runner.

    本发明公开了一种用于水电站泄洪流道的智能检修平台,包括平台挂梁和检修作业平台,平台挂梁和检修作业平台之间通过牵引绳相连;平台挂梁设置在钢闸门门槽的底部,作为锚固结构;检修作业平台在牵引绳的带动下从泄洪流道的底部沿着流道逐渐向上运动;检修作业平台包括移动底盘,移动底盘上设置有移动滚轮,上部安装有卷扬机,卷扬机牵引绳端部固定在平台挂梁;移动底盘上还安装有翻转调平平台,翻转调平平台一端与移动底盘铰接,翻转调平平台的另一端能够向上翻转与移动底盘之间形成夹角;翻转调平平台上安装有升降平台。本发明搭设简单,操作方便,无需在流道植入钢筋,避免对流道底板造成伤害,同时保证在流道斜坡上能够安全、稳固作业。
