The lifting rope anti-deflection device for pipeline lifting comprises a rope used for lifting, hooks are symmetrically arranged at the two ends of the bottom side of the rope, connecting rings are fixedly arranged at the ends, close to the rope, of the hooks, the two ends of the rope are fixed to the connecting rings in a winding mode, and a positioning mechanism is arranged between the hooks. Under the action of a pipeline and the limiting action of a second telescopic rod, the part, located between a sliding block and a hook, of the rope and the axis of the pipeline are located on the same plane all the time in cooperation with the action of a positioning mechanism, and the situation that in the pipeline moving process, most of the part, located between the sliding block and the pipeline, of the rope deflects in the radial direction of the pipeline is effectively prevented; and the rest small part of the rope between the sliding block and the lifting hook can only deflect in a small range, so that the radial deflection range of the pipeline can be effectively reduced, and meanwhile, when the sliding block slides on the rope towards the direction close to the lifting hook, the situation that the rope is wound and knotted due to rotation of the pipeline can be avoided.

    本发明的一种用于管道吊装的吊绳防偏摆装置,包括用于吊装的绳索,所述绳索的底侧两端对称的设有挂钩,所述挂钩靠近绳索的一端固定设有连接环,所述绳索的两端与所述连接环缠绕固定,所述挂钩之间设有定位机构,在管道的作用下以及第二伸缩杆的限制作用下,配合定位机构作用,使得处于滑移块与挂钩之间部分的绳索,与管道的轴心始终处于同一平面,有效防止管道移动的过程中,处于滑移块与管道之间占据了大部分的绳索出现管道的径向偏摆,而余下处于滑移块与吊钩之间的小部分绳索仅能出现小幅度偏摆,从而能够有效降低管道的径向偏摆幅度,同时滑移块在绳索上上朝向靠近吊钩方向滑动时,也能够避免管道出现旋转导致绳索缠绕打结的情况。
