The invention discloses a rocket ejection seat primary power ejection test system, which comprises a main body module, a brake module, a pulley module, a control module and a power simulation servo loading module, and is characterized in that the inner side of the main body module is provided with a slide rail, and the rear side of the lower part of the main body module is provided with an angle adjusting mechanism; the angle adjusting mechanism is composed of a linear guide rail pair, a T-shaped lead screw, a lead screw upper support, a sliding frame, a lead screw nut, a lead screw lower support, a coupler, a servo gear motor and a motor shield. When the system is used, the system is powered on, parameters such as the ejection angle, the ejection G value and the ejection weight are set on a control system interface, and the ejection angle is adjusted; and the angle adjusting mechanism adjusts the ejection angle to a set value according to the angle information and mechanically locks the ejection angle, so that the ejection angle in the ejection test can be consistent with the actual ejection angle of the ejection seat, and the design performance of the test piece can be evaluated under the condition of truly simulating the primary power working environment of the seat.

    本发明公开了火箭弹射座椅一级动力弹射试验系统,包括主体模块、制动模块、滑车模块、控制模块和动力模拟伺服加载模块,所述主体模块内侧设置有滑轨,所述主体模块下方后侧设置有角度调节机构,所述角度调节机构由直线导轨副、T形丝杠、丝杠上支座、滑架、丝杠螺母、丝杠下支座、联轴器、伺服减速电机和电机护罩组成,本发明在进行使用时,系统上电,在控制系统界面设置好弹射角度、弹射G值、弹射重量等参数,角度调节机构按角度信息调节弹射角度至设定值,并机械锁止,可实现弹射试验时的弹射角度与弹射座椅实际的弹射角度一致,真实地模拟座椅一级动力工作环境条件下考核试验件的设计性能。
