The invention discloses an efficient diesel-electric hybrid power propelled ship and a gearbox thereof, and relates to the technical field of ship power systems. In the gearbox, an input shaft used for being connected with an engine, an output shaft used for being connected with a propeller and a first transmission shaft used for being connected with a motor are arranged in parallel; the driving end of the first clutch is connected to the input shaft, and the driven end is connected to the main transmission gear shaft; the driven end of the second clutch is connected to the first transmission shaft; the driving end of the third clutch is fixedly connected to the first transmission shaft, and the driven end is in transmission connection to the main transmission gear shaft through a third gear pair; the main transmission gear shaft is in transmission connection with the output shaft through a second gear pair; the driving end of the first clutch is in transmission connection with the driving end of the second clutch through a first gear pair; the product of the speed ratio of the first gear pair, the speed ratio of the second gear pair and the speed ratio of the third gear pair is larger than the speed ratio of the second gear pair. Compared with an existing ship gear box, the overall efficiency of the gear box is higher.

    本发明公开了一种高效柴电混合动力推进船及其齿轮箱,涉及船舶动力系统技术领域。该齿轮箱中,用于连接发动机的输入轴、用于连接螺旋桨的输出轴和用于连接电机的第一传动轴平行的设置;第一离合器的主动端连接于输入轴、从动端连接于主传动齿轮轴;第二离合器的从动端连接于第一传动轴;第三离合器的主动端固连于第一传动轴、从动端通过第三齿轮副传动连接于主传动齿轮轴;主传动齿轮轴通过第二齿轮副传动连接于输出轴;第一离合器的主动端通过第一齿轮副传动连接于第二离合器的主动端;第一齿轮副的速比和第二齿轮副的速比和第三齿轮副的速比乘积大于第二齿轮副的速比。相较于现有船舶齿轮箱,该齿轮箱的总体效率更高。
