The invention discloses a ship fuel consumption prediction method based on distributed energy efficiency calculation, and the method comprises the steps: deploying a plurality of sensors in a key region of a ship body, so as to obtain real-time data including the cargo weight, the fuel quantity and the distribution pattern, and evaluating the buoyancy distribution state of the ship based on the real-time data; ship waterline position information is obtained, a ship waterline stability evaluation model is constructed by combining the buoyancy distribution state, the navigational speed and the environment information of the ship, and waterline stability is evaluated; a fuel energy efficiency prediction model is constructed according to the ship speed, the buoyancy distribution state and the waterline stability, and the ship speed is predicted and adjusted through the fuel energy efficiency prediction model, so that the ship reaches the optimal fuel energy efficiency; and calculating the real-time buoyancy distribution state of the ship according to the dynamic load change in the ship navigation task in combination with meteorological and sea condition data, and predicting the fuel energy efficiency of the subsequent voyage of the ship according to the ship waterline stability evaluation model.
