The invention provides a rear cabin framework assembly which comprises a left structure assembly and a right structure assembly, one of the left structure assembly and the right structure assembly comprises a first connecting piece, a second connecting piece and a third connecting piece, the first connecting piece is provided with a first connecting part and a second connecting part, and the second connecting part is connected with a cross beam; one end of the rear longitudinal beam is connected with the first connecting part; the second connecting piece is provided with a third connecting part and a fourth connecting part, and the third connecting part is connected with the cross beam; the third connecting piece is provided with a fifth connecting part and a sixth connecting part; one end of the doorsill beam is connected with the sixth connecting part; the lap joint beam is provided with a seventh connecting part, and the seventh connecting part is connected with the fourth connecting part and the fifth connecting part; the fourth connecting piece is connected to the top of the lap joint beam; and the C column is vertically arranged on the fourth connecting piece. The problems that in the prior art, an electric automobile rear cabin framework is high in cost and poor in use effect are solved.
