The invention provides a water supply system and a railway vehicle. A water inlet of a water tank of the water supply system is connected with a water injection pipeline, a pressurization pipeline is connected with the water tank through a three-way valve, and the three-way valve is further provided with an external pipeline connected with the external environment. When the water tank is in a water supply state or a drainage state, the pressurizing pipeline is communicated with the water tank through the three-way valve and can pressurize the water tank; the water tank is in a water injection state, and the water injection pipeline communicates with the water tank and can drive the three-way valve to be switched to the state of communicating the water tank and the external environment. According to the water supply system and the railway vehicle, the three-way valve is additionally arranged on the pressurizing pipeline, so that the pressurizing pipeline, the water injection pipeline, the water drainage pipeline and the external pipeline can be reliably linked, and the water tank can efficiently and smoothly realize air control water injection, water supply and water drainage. The system is light in weight, more reliable in operation, stable in water pressure during air pressure water supply, free of noise in operation, low in operation cost and high in anti-freezing emptying speed, and normal water supply can be achieved even if no alternating current power supply exists.
