The invention provides a hybrid vehicle-mounted power generation and utilization system which comprises a box body, and a fuel engine, an ECU system, a permanent magnet motor, a battery unit, an inverter unit, a rectifier module and a control module are integrated in the box body. Wherein the inverter unit comprises a DCDC bidirectional conversion unit and/or a DCAC conversion unit, and the battery unit is connected with the input of the inverter unit, so that direct current and alternating current power supply can be provided for the outside at the same time; the fuel engine is used for driving the permanent magnet motor to generate power, output of the permanent magnet motor is connected with input of the rectifier module, and output of the rectifier module is connected with input of the inverter; the control module is in communication connection with the ECU system, and performs electric energy management and control on the rectifier module, the inverter and the battery unit; the ECU system is used for controlling and managing the working condition of the fuel engine; according to the invention, the purposes of high efficiency and energy conservation can be achieved, and the cruising ability of the whole system is remarkably improved.
