The invention relates to a vehicle charging method and device, computer equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps of initiating a charging request to surrounding vehicles of a target vehicle when it is detected that the battery electric quantity of the target vehicle is smaller than an electric quantity threshold value; vehicle information sent by the charging participating vehicle is acquired; wherein the charging participating vehicle is the vehicle responding to the charging request in the surrounding vehicles; selecting a power supply vehicle from the charging participation vehicles according to the vehicle information of the target vehicle and the vehicle information of the charging participation vehicles; wherein the vehicle information at least comprises vehicle position information, speed information and electric quantity information; and controlling the power supply vehicle to charge the target vehicle. According to the scheme, the target vehicle can be charged even in the running process, parking is not needed, the target vehicle does not need to run to the designated charging site, and then the charging efficiency of the electric vehicle is improved.
