The liquid cooling heat dissipation system comprises a circulating water pump used for circulation of cooling liquid in a pipeline of the liquid cooling heat dissipation system; the interior of the cooling fin is designed to be hollow, and the cooling fin is used for circulating flow of cooling liquid to achieve uniform heat dissipation; the temperature sensor is used for detecting the temperature of cooling liquid in the liquid cooling heat dissipation system pipeline; the main control board is connected with the temperature sensor and the circulating water pump and used for controlling the rotating speed of the circulating water pump to control the heat dissipation efficiency of the heat dissipation fins when receiving the temperature of the cooling liquid uploaded by the temperature sensor, and the liquid cooling heat dissipation system is integrally formed. According to the technical scheme, based on the formed liquid cooling heat dissipation system, circulating flow of cooling liquid is achieved through the circulating water pump, so that uniform heat dissipation is achieved, shutdown caused by burning and breakdown of the high-power pipe is avoided, and the charging efficiency of the charging module is improved.

    本发明实施例提供一种液冷散热系统及充电桩,属于充电桩领域。所述液冷散热系统包括:循环水泵,用于液冷散热系统管路中冷却液的循环;散热片,所述散热片的内部为中空设计,用于冷却液的循环流动实现均匀散热;温度传感器,用于检测液冷散热系统管路中冷却液的温度;主控板,与所述温度传感器和所述循环水泵连接,用于当接收到所述温度传感器上传的冷却液的温度时,控制所述循环水泵的转速以控制散热片的散热效率,其中,所述液冷散热系统一体成型。通过上述技术方案,基于构成的液冷散热系统,通过循环水泵实现冷却液的循环流动,从而实现均匀散热,进而避免发生大功率管烧毁击穿导致停机,提高了充电模块的充电效率。
