The invention discloses a dual-frequency PWM control wireless charging metal foreign matter detection device and an optimization method, the dual-frequency PWM control wireless charging metal foreign matter detection device comprises a dual-frequency PWM inverter circuit, a wireless electric energy transmission path, an active excitation metal foreign matter detection path and a signal processing circuit, the dual-frequency PWM inverter circuit comprises a dual-frequency PWM inverter circuit and a full-bridge inverter circuit, the transmitting end of the wireless power transmission path comprises an LCC compensation network and a transmitting coil which are connected in sequence, and the receiving end of the wireless power transmission path comprises a series resonant capacitor, a full-bridge rectifier circuit and a load which are connected in sequence; and the active excitation metal foreign matter detection path comprises an excitation loop series compensation network, an excitation coil group, a detection coil group and a detection loop series compensation network. The objective of parallel and independent work of efficient wireless charging and high-precision foreign matter detection can be achieved, the system structure is simplified, and operation and control flexibility and convenience are improved.

    本发明公开了一种双频调制PWM操控无线充电金属异物检测装置及优化方法,包括双频PWM逆变电路、无线电能传输通路和主动激励金属异物检测通路以及信号处理电路,所述双频PWM逆变电路包括双频PWM逆变电路、全桥逆变电路,所述无线电能传输通路的发射端包括依次连接的LCC补偿网络、发射线圈,所述无线电能传输通路的接收端包括依次连接的串联谐振电容、全桥整流电路及负载;所述主动激励金属异物检测通路包括激励回路串联补偿网络、激励线圈组、检测线圈组、检测回路串联补偿网络。本发明能实现高效无线充电和高精度异物检测并行独立工作的目标,简化了系统结构,提高了操控的灵便性。
