The embodiment of the invention provides a high-voltage interlocking fault detection method, device and system and electronic equipment. The method comprises the following steps: waking up a vehicle control unit based on a starting signal, sending a detection request to a motor controller through the vehicle control unit, generating a detection signal through the motor controller based on the detection request, transmitting the detection signal to a connected high-voltage module through a high-voltage wire harness, and performing CAN communication with the high-voltage module through the vehicle control unit, the voltage controller is used for acquiring the sampling voltage of the high-voltage module and the reference voltage of the voltage controller, determining whether a high-voltage interlocking fault exists or not based on the sampling voltage and the reference voltage, and starting a high-voltage power-on process when it is determined that the high-voltage interlocking fault does not exist. Before the high-voltage power-on of the electric vehicle is not started, the high-voltage interlocking fault detection without depending on the low-voltage wire harness is realized, the accuracy and reliability of fault detection are improved, and the high-voltage safety of the electric vehicle is further enhanced.

    本申请实施例提供一种高压互锁故障检测方法、装置、系统及电子设备。该方法包括:基于启动信号唤醒整车控制器,通过整车控制器向电机控制器发送检测请求,基于检测请求,通过电机控制器生成检测信号并经高压线束传输至连接的高压模块,通过整车控制器与高压模块进行CAN通信,以获取高压模块的采样电压以及电压控制器的基准电压,基于采样电压和基准电压确定是否存在高压互锁故障,并在确定不存在高压互锁故障时启动高压上电流程。本申请在电动汽车未启动高压上电之前,实现了不依赖低压线束的高压互锁故障检测,提升故障检测的精准性和可靠性,进一步增强电动汽车的高压安全性。
