The invention provides a high-voltage intelligent control module, a control method and a high-voltage distribution box, and the high-voltage intelligent control module comprises an upper cover, a pedestal, a high-voltage power fuse, and a PCBA assembly. The PCBA assembly is provided with a power input module, a voltage conversion module, a voltage sampling module, a relay control module, an MCU processing module, a CAN communication module, a high-voltage interlocking detection module and a hard wire signal detection module, the voltage sampling module is connected with the charging relay, and the voltage of the charging relay is collected, processed and then transmitted to the MCU processing module; and the MCU processing module judges the received voltage signal and outputs a judgment result, and then controls the charging relay to be switched on and switched off based on the judgment result, so that the voltage of the charging relay is monitored and controlled in real time. Meanwhile, the invention discloses a control method based on the high-voltage intelligent control module and a high-voltage distribution box. Damage of the distribution box and even the whole vehicle caused by aging of relay contacts in the charging process can be avoided, intelligent distribution output and real-time closed-loop fault diagnosis of the high-voltage distribution loop are achieved by monitoring the electrical connection state of the high-voltage distribution loop in real time, and therefore the safety of the distribution box and the whole vehicle is improved.

    本发明提出了一种高压智能控制模块、控制方法及高压配电盒,高压智能控制模块包括上盖、底座、高压功率保险和PCBA总成,PCBA总成上设有电源输入模块、电压转换模块、电压采样模块、继电器控制模块、MCU处理模块、CAN通信模块、高压互锁检测模块、硬线信号检测模块,电压采样模块与充电继电器连接,采集充电继电器的电压处理后传递给MCU处理模块,MCU处理模块对接收的电压信号进行判断并输出判断结果,接着基于所述判断结果控制充电继电器闭合和断开,从而对充电继电器的电压进行实时监测和控制。同时本发明公开了基于高压智能控制模块的控制方法及高压配电盒。本发明可以避免在充电过程因继电器触点老化导致配电盒甚至整车受损,通过实时监测高压配电回路电气连接状态,实现了高压配电回路的智能分配输出和实时闭环故障诊断,从而提升配电盒和整车的安全。
