The invention provides an independent driving anti-skid control electric drive axle transmission system and method and a vehicle. The system comprises a left side driving motor, a right side driving motor, a differential mechanism, a first half shaft, a second half shaft, a first transmission and a second transmission. The differential mechanism is connected with the left wheel through a first half shaft and connected with the right wheel through a second half shaft. The left side driving motor is connected with a first transmission which is connected with a differential mechanism; the right side driving motor is connected with the second transmission which is connected with the differential mechanism; a first gear shifting device is arranged on the first transmission, and a second gear shifting device is arranged on the second transmission. Torque control during starting under different working conditions of road adhesion coefficients on the left side and the right side can be simplified, and the acceleration performance and comfort under the working conditions are improved.
