According to the method, the charging process of the starting battery is periodically and accurately regulated and controlled by adopting a dynamic circulating charging strategy, the situation that the electric power of electric equipment of the whole vehicle is insufficient can be prevented, it can be ensured that the charging current of the starting battery meets the self-charging characteristic requirement, and the phenomenon that charging of the starting battery is over-current is avoided.
本发明公开了一种启动电池系统的充电优化方法,涉及车辆技术领域,包括如下步骤:S1、整车高压上电后,MCU控制器检测启动电池的初始SOC值,并判断初始SOC值是否低于第一SOC预设值,若是则执行步骤S2为启动电池充电,否则不进行充电;S2、MCU控制器根据设定的充电程序控制充放电控制模块重复执行关闭和开启操作,从而控制启动电池在T1周期内关闭充电,并在T2周期内开启充电,以此循环,直至启动电池的实时SOC值高于第一SOC预设值,则停止充电。本发明采用动态循环的充电策略周期性地对启动电池的充电过程进行精准调控,能够防止整车用电设备用电功率不足,也能够确保启动电池充电电流符合自身充电特性要求,避免出现启动电池充电过流的现象。
