The invention provides a weather and road condition early warning system and method based on networking data. The method comprises the steps that position data and environment sensing data in the starting process of a target end are obtained in real time; the position data and the environment perception data are processed to obtain environment characteristic data, the environment characteristic data are uploaded to a server side, and the server side processes the environment characteristic data of each target side by using a meteorological prediction large model to obtain weather and road condition alarms in at least one target area and weather forecast in a future preset time period. And sending the weather and road condition alarm and the weather forecast to a predetermined terminal, wherein the target area is within a predetermined range. The weather in a small range can be predicted, the prediction is more accurate and timely, a user can know conditions such as regional weather in advance by generating weather early warning, and accidents are reduced.

    本发明提供一种基于联网数据的天气路况预警系统和方法,实时获取目标端启用过程中的位置数据和环境感知数据;对位置数据和环境感知数据进行处理得到环境特征数据,将环境特征数据上传给服务端,服务端使用气象预测大模型处理各目标端的环境特征数据得到至少一个目标区域内的天气路况告警以及未来预定时间段内的天气预报,以及将天气路况告警和天气预报发送给预定终端,目标区域均在预定范围之内。可以实现预测小范围内的天气,并且预测更准确,更及时,产生天气预警可以提前让用户知晓区域天气等状况,减少事故的发生。
