The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle-mounted safety control, in particular to an automobile fatigue driving adjusting method and system, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the driving behavior information of a driver in a cockpit; judging whether the driving behavior information is fitted with preset reference fatigue behavior information or not; when the driving behavior information and the reference fatigue behavior information are fitted, a fatigue adjustment prompt is sent out; analyzing the driving behavior information based on the fatigue adjustment prompt to determine a fatigue type; performing matching based on the fatigue type to determine an adjustment mode; and performing fatigue adjustment on the driver according to the adjustment mode. The method has the advantages that corresponding adjustment can be carried out according to fatigue reasons of the driver, so that the effect of relieving driving fatigue is improved, and the effect of reducing the probability of occurrence of driving safety accidents is achieved.
