The invention discloses a preparation method of transparent conductive film glass, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, uniformly suspending ITO (Indium Tin Oxide) component powder in liquid by using a liquid dispersing agent, then forming a layer of liquid film with the thickness of about 1 micron on the surface of a plated object in a spin plating or dip plating manner, and finally evaporating the liquid at high temperature to obtain the transparent conductive film glass. And the ITO powder is sintered into a compact film. According to the preparation method of the transparent conductive film glass, the transparent conductive film can be rapidly and efficiently prepared, and the preparation method has the advantages of low cost, good flexibility, clear and stable imaging, energy conservation, environmental protection and the like.

    本发明公开了一种透明导电膜玻璃的制备方法,包括如下步骤:首先将ITO成分之粉末以液态之分散剂均匀悬浮于液体中,再以旋镀(Spinning Coating)或浸镀(Dipping)之方式于被镀物表面形成一层液态薄膜,其厚度约在1μm左右,最后再以高温将液体蒸发,并将ITO粉末烧结成为致密薄膜状。本发明的透明导电膜玻璃的制备方法,其能快速高效的制备透明导电膜,具有成本低、柔韧性好、成像清晰稳定、节能环保等优点。
