An auxiliary turning-over device for a movable guide vane comprises a movable vane bearing seat body, the movable vane bearing seat body is of a rectangular block structure, a groove body is formed in the top face of the movable vane bearing seat body, side guide grooves are formed in the two side wall faces of the groove body, sliding blocks are arranged in the side guide grooves, and a barrel connecting shaft is arranged on the sliding blocks. A barrel body is arranged between the two barrel body connecting shafts; the inner diameter of the barrel body is the same as the diameter of a lower shaft body of the movable blade, and the lower shaft body extends into the barrel body to support the movable blade; a vertical groove is formed in the side wall of the sliding block, a can body shaft seat is arranged in the vertical groove, the can body connecting shaft is fixedly arranged on the can body shaft seat, and a spring is arranged in the vertical groove below the can body shaft seat. By the adoption of the structure, the guide vane turning-over technology which is low in efficiency and large in safety risk at present is replaced, the safety risk of people and equipment in the guide vane turning-over process is reduced, and the guide vane hoisting operation quality and efficiency are improved.
一种活动导叶辅助翻身装置,包括活动叶片承座主体,所述活动叶片承座主体为矩形块体结构,活动叶片承座主体顶面上设有一道槽体,槽体两侧壁面上设有侧向导槽,侧向导槽中设有滑块,滑块上设有桶体连接轴,两个桶体连接轴之间设有桶体;桶体内径与活动叶片的下轴体直径相同,下轴体伸入桶体内实现对活动叶片的支撑;滑块侧壁上设有竖槽,竖槽内设有一个桶体轴座,桶体连接轴固定设置在桶体轴座上,桶体轴座下方的竖槽内设有弹簧。本发明采用上述结构,替代了目前效率低下且安全风险较大的导叶翻身工艺,降低导叶翻身过程中人身和设备的安全风险,提高导叶吊装作业质量与效率。
