The invention discloses a large ship bow thruster horn mouth sample box design method, which comprises the following steps of: equally dividing a side thruster cylinder projection line and a horn mouth outer ring projection line on a transverse section design drawing and a longitudinal section design drawing of a bow thruster into a plurality of parts; drawing a real section map of the part by combining a side-pushing cylinder projection line and a horn mouth outer ring projection line on the transverse and longitudinal section design drawings, and aligning and copying real projection lines for reflecting the real linear shape of the guide plate at each projection position on the real section map of the part to the longitudinal section design drawing by taking a cylinder center line and a sample box base plane as references; and finally, the sample box planar graph is converted into the sample box space stereogram, the lowest height of the sample box manufactured according to the sample box space stereogram is 100 mm, the height of the sample box is reduced, the machining difficulty is reduced, and the machining precision is improved.

    本发明公开了一种大型船舶艏侧推喇叭口样箱设计方法,本发明将艏侧推进器的横、纵剖面设计图上的侧推筒体投影线和喇叭口外圈投影线进行若干等分,然后以船体中心线为对其基准,结合横、纵剖面设计图上的侧推筒体投影线和喇叭口外圈投影线画出零件真实剖面图,再以筒体中心线和样箱基面为基准,将零件真实剖面图上用以反映各个投影位置处导流板的真实线型形状的真实投影线对齐复制到纵剖面设计图上,得到样箱平面图,最后将样箱平面图转化为样箱空间立体图,根据该样箱空间立体图制作出的样箱的最低高度为100mm,降低了样箱高度,降低了加工难度,提高了加工精度。
