In a system for performing information distribution and user analysis in a specific region using a beacon device mounted on a vehicle, an optimal movement mode of the vehicle is determined. The present invention is provided with a wireless device (550) mounted on a vehicle (500), a user terminal (200), and a server (100), the wireless device (550) being provided with: a transmission means (551) that transmits beacon waves to the surroundings while moving in a specific region in accordance with the movement of the vehicle (500); and a communication unit (560) capable of performing short-range wireless communication with a user terminal (200) that detects beacon radio waves, the server (100) being provided with: a reception unit (111) that receives, via short-range wireless communication, identification information capable of identifying the user terminal (200); a distribution unit (114) that distributes advertisement information to a user terminal (200) present in a specified region on the basis of the reception of the specifying information; and a determination unit (140) that determines the movement mode of the vehicle (500) in the specified region on the basis of the specifying information received via the short-range wireless communication.

    在使用搭载于车辆的信标装置而在确定地域进行信息分发、用户分析的系统中,判断车辆的最佳的移动方式。具备搭载于车辆(500)的无线装置(550)、用户终端(200)和服务器(100),无线装置(550)具备:发射单元(551),伴随着车辆(500)的移动而在确定地域移动,同时向周围发射信标电波;和通信单元(560),能够与探测到信标电波的用户终端(200)执行近距离无线通信,服务器(100)具备:接收单元(111),经由近距离无线通信来接收能够确定用户终端(200)的确定信息;分发单元(114),基于接收到所述确定信息这一情况,向存在于确定地域的用户终端(200)分发广告信息;和判断单元(140),基于经由近距离无线通信而接收到的确定信息,判断确定地域中的车辆(500)的移动方式。
