The invention discloses a hybrid power ship energy management method and system considering energy storage safety and shore power supply, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the total demand power of various loads of a ship and the total output power of a ship generator set, and determining an energy storage system dispatching instruction; according to the current operation condition of the ship and the predicted health state, the predicted electric quantity state and the predicted power state of the battery pack, the charging and discharging priority of the battery pack is determined, and the number of the battery packs participating in energy management is determined; establishing an energy management objective function and a constraint equation considering energy storage safety; solving the energy management objective function by using an improved whale optimization algorithm to obtain an optimal solution; controlling the charging and discharging power of each battery pack according to the optimal solution; the improved whale optimization algorithm is obtained by introducing a Tent mapping initialization population and a nonlinear contraction mechanism on the basis of a traditional whale optimization algorithm.

    本发明公开了一种考虑储能安全和岸电供电的混合动力船舶能量管理方法及系统,包括:获取船舶各类负载的总需求功率和船舶发电机组输出总功率,确定储能系统调度指令;获取每个电池组的充放电电流和运行温度,得到每个电池组的预测健康状态、电量状态和功率状态:结合船舶当前运行工况、电池组的预测健康状态、电量状态和功率状态,确定电池组充放电优先级,并确定参与能量管理的电池组数量;建立考虑储能安全的能量管理目标函数以及约束方程;利用改进鲸鱼优化算法求解能量管理目标函数,得到最优解;根据最优解,对各电池组充放电功率进行控制;改进鲸鱼优化算法为在传统鲸鱼优化算法的基础上,引入Tent映射初始化种群和非线性收缩机制得到。
