The invention discloses an acoustic covering layer applied to an underwater moving body and the underwater moving body, and belongs to the technical field of silencing equipment.The acoustic covering layer comprises an impedance matching layer, a piezoelectric frequency conversion sound absorption layer and a low-frequency resonance layer which are integrally formed in a cold pressing mode, and cavities with different apertures are formed in the low-frequency resonance layer; the low-frequency resonance layer is attached to the surface of a shell of the underwater moving body. According to the invention, the acoustic covering layer is integrally formed by pressing or is bonded by an adhesive and is integrally formed by cold pressing, so that the forming cost is low, and the process is simple; the low-frequency resonance layer is attached to the surface of the shell of the underwater moving body, so that relative sliding of the acoustic covering layer and the underwater moving body is effectively avoided, and meanwhile, the effect of vibration reduction and sound absorption is achieved; sound energy can be effectively converted into electric energy through the piezoelectric frequency conversion sound absorption layer, the electric energy is converted into heat energy through the shunt circuit, and the sound stealth capacity of the underwater moving body is improved; by means of the cavities with different apertures in the low-frequency resonance layer, the lower limit of sound absorption frequency can be reduced, and meanwhile, the sound absorption bandwidth is widened.

    本发明公开了一种应用于水下运动体的声学覆盖层及水下运动体,属于消声设备技术领域,声学覆盖层包括一体冷压成型的阻抗匹配层、压电变频吸声层和低频谐振层,低频谐振层内设有不同孔径的空腔;低频谐振层与水下运动体的壳体表面贴合。本发明中的声学覆盖层采用一体压制成型或粘接剂粘接并一体冷压成型,成型成本低,工艺简单;通过将低频谐振层与水下运动体的壳体表面贴合,有效避免声学覆盖层与水下运动体的相对滑动,同时还有减振吸声的作用;利用压电变频吸声层可以有效地将声能转化为电能,电能通过分流电路转化为热能,提高水下运动体的声隐身能力;借助低频谐振层内不同孔径的空腔,可以降低吸声频率下限,同时拓宽吸声带宽。
