The invention relates to the technical field of road vehicle radar monitoring, in particular to a road vehicle radar monitoring system and method based on intelligent traffic, and the system comprises a supervision platform, an information collection unit, a state evaluation unit, a vehicle supervision unit, a front-end supervision unit, a feedback management unit, and an execution management unit. According to the method, analysis is performed from two aspects of state performance and front-end interference of the radar to judge whether the radar operates normally so as to ensure the monitoring effect and the operation stability of the radar, and driving monitoring early warning feedback analysis is performed on the risk driving data on the premise that the radar is normal without interference, so that the driving safety is improved. According to the method, whether a target vehicle has risk driving in a monitoring area or not is judged, so that the driving safety of road vehicles is improved, early warning management and control monitoring analysis is performed on early warning data in an information feedback manner, so that whether the radar early warning performance is stable or not is judged, and the radar is managed according to the information feedback condition; therefore, the early warning timeliness and stability of the radar are ensured.

    本发明涉及公路车辆雷达监测技术领域,尤其涉及基于智慧交通的公路车辆雷达监测系统及方法,包括监管平台、信息采集单元、状态评估单元、车辆监管单元、前端监管单元、反馈管理单元以及执行管理单元;本发明通过从雷达的状态表现和前端干扰两个角度进行分析,以判断雷达是否正常运行,以保证雷达的监测效果和运行稳定性,且在雷达无干扰正常前提下,对风险驾驶数据进行驾驶监测预警反馈分析,以判断目标车辆在监测区域内是否存在风险驾驶,以提高道路车辆的行驶安全性,以及通过信息反馈的方式对预警数据进行预警管控监管分析,以判断雷达预警性能是否稳定,以便根据信息反馈情况对雷达进行管理,以保证雷达的预警及时性和稳定性。
