The invention discloses an external hanging tower crane lower supporting structure and an attachment node thereof.The external hanging tower crane lower supporting structure comprises a lower supporting main rod used for being connected to an external hanging tower crane supporting main beam, a lead screw is slidably connected to the lower supporting main rod, and a connecting lug plate used for being connected with a wall is installed at the end, relatively away from the lower supporting main rod, of the lead screw in the sliding direction; the lower supporting main rod is provided with a telescopic oil cylinder used for driving the lead screw to slide in the axial direction of the lower supporting main rod, the end, relatively away from the connecting lug plate in the sliding direction, of the lead screw is connected with the telescopic end of the telescopic oil cylinder, and the lower supporting main rod is provided with an anti-shearing bolt used for locking sliding of the lead screw after the lead screw abuts against the wall. Compared with traditional destructive cutting operation, only pin shafts on the connecting lug plates need to be screwed out when the lower supporting rods are dismantled, only connecting bolts on the connecting panels need to be unscrewed when the attachment joints are dismantled, construction operation is easy, convenient and rapid, the risk of high-rise operation is reduced, the connecting lug plates, the connecting panels, the connecting bolts, the pin shafts and the like can be used in a circulating mode, and the construction cost is reduced. The economical efficiency is improved, and high popularization value is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种外挂塔吊下支撑结构及其附着节点,外挂塔吊下支撑结构包括供连接于外挂塔吊支撑主梁的下支撑主杆,下支撑主杆上滑动连接有丝杆,丝杆沿滑动方向相对远离下支撑主杆的一端安装有用于与墙体连接的连接耳板,下支撑主杆上安装有用于驱动丝杆沿下支撑主杆的轴向滑动的伸缩油缸,丝杆上沿滑动方向相对远离连接耳板的一端与伸缩油缸的伸缩端连接,且下支撑主杆上安装有用于在丝杆抵顶至墙体后锁定丝杆滑动的抗剪插销,本发明相比传统的破坏性的切割作业,下支撑杆拆除时仅需要拧出连接耳板上的销轴,附着节点拆除时仅需拧开连接面板上连接螺栓,施工操作简便快捷,减少高出作业的风险,且连接耳板、连接面板、连接螺栓、销轴等可周转使用,提高了经济性,具有较高的推广价值。
