The three-section movable supporting leg telescopic system comprises a fixed supporting leg, a horizontal telescopic cylinder, a first-section movable supporting leg, a second-section movable supporting leg and a third-section movable supporting leg which are connected in sequence. A door plate assembly is formed by two bilaterally symmetrical door plates II of the two-section movable supporting leg main body structure and a connecting plate, the door plate assembly and a lower cushion block serve as bearing parts of the two-section movable supporting leg, and a front check block matched with a vertical telescopic cylinder is arranged on the connecting plate. An inner cover plate of the two-section movable supporting leg main body structure is provided with an inner stop block for stretching and retracting the two-section movable supporting leg; an outer baffle used for stretching and retracting of the second-section movable supporting leg is arranged on an outer cover plate of the three-section movable supporting leg body structure, and a vibration reduction block is arranged or not arranged between the outer baffle and the inner check block. The first section of movable supporting leg is connected with the third section of movable supporting leg through the first rope row mechanism and the second rope row mechanism. A telescopic system composed of a single telescopic cylinder, a rope row and a stop block driving structure is adopted, and sequential stretching and retracting of the three movable supporting legs are achieved.
本发明公开了一种三节活动支腿伸缩系统,包括依次连接的固定支腿、水平伸缩缸、一节活动支腿、二节活动支腿与三节活动支腿;二节活动支腿主体结构的左右对称的2个门板二与连接板组成门板组件,门板组件与下垫块作为二节活动支腿的承载部位,连接板上设有与垂直伸缩缸配合的前挡块,二节活动支腿主体结构的内部盖板上设置用于二节活动支腿伸缩的内挡块;三节活动支腿主体结构外部盖板上设置用于二节活动支腿伸缩的外挡板,外挡板与内挡块之间设置或者不设置有减振块;一节活动支腿通过第一绳排机构、第二绳排机构与三节活动支腿连接。本发明采用由单伸缩缸+绳排+档块驱动结构组成的伸缩系统,实现三节活动支腿的顺序伸缩。
