The invention discloses an elevator landing door state monitoring method and application thereof in elevator operation monitoring, according to the scheme, the locking condition of a door lock of an elevator landing door is ingeniously monitored through a laser radar module, linkage is carried out through the laser radar module and a control instruction of an elevator controller, a laser radar is started in good time to carry out data collection on the door lock, and the monitoring accuracy of the elevator landing door state is improved. After the collected radar record data is extracted and filtered, target data are obtained, and after the target data are judged, the locking condition of the landing door lock is obtained, so that technical guarantee is provided for the running safety of an elevator; in terms of target data judgment, according to the scheme, a judgment result can be obtained through comparison and matching by combining the point cloud data with the preset reference data, and judgment can be carried out after the attitude contours of the lock hook and the lock stopper of the door lock are inversed according to the point cloud data; or the door lock state pointed by the target data is judged by detecting the neural network, and the scheme is reliable to implement and flexible to apply.

    本发明公开了电梯层门状态监测方法及其在电梯运行监控中的应用,本方案巧妙性通过激光雷达模块对电梯层门的门锁锁闭情况进行监测,利用激光雷达模块与电梯控制器的控制指令进行联动,适时启动激光雷达对门锁进行数据采集,所采集的雷达记录数据经过提取、过滤后,获得目标数据,通过对目标数据进行判断后,获得层门门锁的锁闭情况,为电梯运行的安全性提供技术保障;在目标数据判断上,本方案可以通过点云数据,结合预置参考数据进行对比匹配获得判断结果,亦可以根据点云数据对门锁的锁钩和锁挡的姿态轮廓进行反演后,再进行判断,亦或者通过检测神经网络的形式来判断目标数据所指向的门锁状态,本方案不仅实施可靠、且应用灵活。
