The invention provides a low-cost fixed-wing aircraft wing static test tool and test method, and the tool comprises a clamping plate assembly which is used for fixedly connecting a fixed-wing aircraft wing and transmitting a load; the first loading assembly is used for applying a load to the clamping plate assembly above; the second loading assembly is used for applying a load to the clamping plate assembly at the lower part; the frame assembly is used for fixing the first loading assembly and changing the load direction; two groups of fixed pulleys are arranged on the frame assembly, the first loading assembly is connected with the clamping plate assembly through the frame assembly, the second loading assembly is connected below the clamping plate assembly, and the clamping plate assembly is connected with a fixed wing aircraft wing. Improvements are made in the aspects of economy, data accuracy, installation reliability, operability, maintainability and the like, and the method is more suitable for future diversified development in the aviation field.

    本发明提供了一种低成本固定翼飞机机翼静力试验工装及试验方法,包括:卡板组件,用于固定连接固定翼飞机机翼并传递载荷;第一加载组件,用于在上方给卡板组件施加载荷;第二加载组件,用于在下方给卡板组件施加载荷;框架组件,用于固定第一加载组件并改变载荷方向;所述框架组件上设置有两组定滑轮,所述第一加载组件通过框架组件连接卡板组件,所述第二加载组件连接在卡板组件下方,所述卡板组件连接固定翼飞机机翼,本发明结构简单、安装方便、拆装相对灵活,在经济性、数据精准、安装可靠、可操作性和可维护性等方面做出了改进,更适用于航空领域未来多元化发展。
