The invention discloses a chain stopper system for a beacon vessel. The chain stopper system comprises two chain stopper mechanical structures which are arranged on a left ship board and a right ship board of the beacon vessel in a bilateral symmetry mode. The chain stopper specifically comprises a supporting plate and a supporting bottom plate, trapezoidal through holes for pressing arms to pass through are formed in the left end and the right end of the bottom plate, and the pressing arms are in pin connection with pressing arm supports. A piston rod of the pressing arm oil cylinder is in pin connection with the tail end of the pressing arm connecting rod; a supporting iron chain block is arranged under the pressing arm; the supporting iron chain blocks are welded on the surface of the bottom plate; when the piston rod of the pressing arm oil cylinder reciprocates left and right, the upper arm of the pressing arm is driven to rotate clockwise or anticlockwise around the cylindrical pin of the pressing arm support within the range of 90 degrees, and therefore the iron chain between the pressing arm and the supporting iron chain block is pressed or loosened. The two sets of chain stopper mechanical structures are driven to move through a hydraulic system, and the two sets of chain stopper mechanical structures are respectively controlled through an electrical control system. According to the device, the original manual operation is changed, the operation safety is improved, and the labor intensity is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种航标船用止链器系统,分别设置于航标船左右船舷的两套左右对称的止链器机械结构;止链器具体结构的支撑板、支撑底板,底板左右两端设置通过压臂的梯形通孔,压臂与压臂支架销连接;压臂油缸的活塞杆与压臂连杆尾端销连接,压臂正下方设置支撑铁链块;支撑铁链块焊接在底板的表面;当压臂油缸的活塞杆左右往复运动时驱动压臂的上臂绕压臂支架圆柱销90度范围顺时针或逆时针转动,从而实现将压臂与支撑铁链块之间的铁链的压紧或放松;两套止链器机械结构通过液压系统实现对两套止链器机械结构运动驱动,通过电气控制系统实现对两套止链器机械结构的分别控制。本装置改变了原先人工手工操作,提高操作安全性,降低劳动强度。
