The invention discloses a floating fan platform applying a solid buoyancy material, which takes a stand column as a central column and comprises an upper stand column and a lower stand column, the upper stand column is of a rigid structure, and the lower stand column is a water ballast tank; the at least three side columns are uniformly arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction by taking the upper stand column as the center, and the side columns are connected through the cross braces; the upper parts of the upper upright posts are connected with the side posts through inclined struts and are connected with the cross braces through connecting cross braces; the upper stand columns and the side columns are connected below a designed waterline through beams composed of buoys. The side columns are respectively provided with two parts of solid buoyancy materials above and below the designed waterline surface, and rigid rod pieces are designed in the side columns for connection. The difficulty of the platform in the transportation and installation process is solved, the stability of the platform is reduced and increased, the defects of a semi-submersible platform are overcome, the displacement and steel consumption of the platform are reduced, and the manufacturing cost of the platform is reduced.
