The invention discloses an electric vehicle high-speed gear motor coaxial driving structure which comprises a bottom fork supporting shaft, a motor, a speed reducer and a hub, a motor rotating shaft for power output is arranged in the motor, and the speed reducer comprises a reduction gear assembly, an input gear shaft and an output gear shaft; rotating shaft positioning bearings are respectively arranged between the motor rotating shaft and the casing and the cover of the motor; an output positioning bearing is arranged between the input gear shaft and the output gear shaft; the bottom fork supporting shaft penetrates through the motor rotating shaft, the input gear shaft and the output gear shaft and is installed on the same axis, and hollow gaps are formed between the bottom fork supporting shaft and all the shafts. Transmission between the motor and the hub is arranged on the same axis, the rotating shaft positioning bearing, the output positioning bearing and the output shaft outer positioning bearing are arranged for positioning the power output component, the transmission path of the driving mode is short, the structure is compact, and the power transmission efficiency is high; and due to the positioning design between the power transmission parts, axial transmission movement is effectively prevented, and the power transmission efficiency is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种电动车高速齿轮电机同轴驱动结构,包括平叉支承轴、电机、减速器、轮毂,电机中设有动力输出的电机转轴,减速器包括减速齿轮总成、输入齿轮轴、输出齿轮轴;电机转轴与电机的机壳、机盖之间分别设有转轴定位轴承,输入齿轮轴与输出齿轮轴之间设有输出定位轴承;平叉支承轴从电机转轴、输入齿轮轴、输出齿轮轴中穿过且同一轴线安装,平叉支承轴与各轴之间具有中空间隙。本发明将电机与轮毂之间的传动布置在同一轴线上,设置有转轴定位轴承、输出定位轴承、输出轴外定位轴承进行动力输出部件的定位,驱动方式传递路径短、结构紧凑、动力传输效率高,各动力传输部件之间的定位设计有效的防止出现轴向传动的窜动,保证动力传输效率。
