The invention relates to the technical field of operation machinery, and discloses a crawler-type operation machinery guide wheel assembly and crawler-type operation machinery, and the crawler-type operation machinery guide wheel assembly mainly comprises a wheel body, a wheel shaft and a pair of supports. Filler is integrally formed in the wheel body, an axial through hole is formed in the wheel body, and an oil storage groove is formed in the middle area of the axial through hole along the inner circumferential wall of the wheel body. According to the guide wheel assembly, the filler is integrally formed in the wheel body, the filler can be used for absorbing impact and forming a structural balance weight, the structural strength of the wheel body is improved, and therefore the service life of the guide wheel assembly is prolonged.

    本发明涉及作业机械技术领域,公开了履带式作业机械引导轮总成及履带式作业机械,其中该履带式作业机械引导轮总成,主要包括:轮体、轮轴和一对支座。轮体内部一体成型有填充物,轮体设有轴向通孔,轴向通孔的中部区域沿轮体的内周壁开设有储油槽;轮轴穿设于轴向通孔;一对支座分别套设于轮轴的相对两端,且分别与轮体的相对两侧连接,一对支座适于分别安装于履带式作业机械的行走架上;轮体与每个支座的连接处留有间隙,并通过密封件密封,轮体内还设有导油油道,储油槽通过导油油道与间隙连通。本发明的轮体内部一体成型有填充物,能够利用填充物吸收冲击和形成结构配重,提高轮体的结构强度,从而提高引导轮总成的使用寿命。
