The invention relates to the technical field of automatic driving, and provides a vehicle braking method and device under the pedestrian crossing working condition and a vehicle, and the method comprises the steps that according to the current driving speed of the vehicle, the first time and the second time when a front bumper and a rear bumper of the vehicle reach a first point are predicted, the first point is an intersection of the driving route of the vehicle and the crossing route of the pedestrian; according to the current walking speed of the pedestrian, predicting the prediction time when the pedestrian arrives at a plurality of preset position points on the crossing route of the pedestrian; judging whether the vehicle and the pedestrian have a collision risk according to the first time, the second time and the prediction time; and if the collision risk exists, a corresponding braking strategy is adopted according to the crossing scene and the crossing position of the pedestrian and the current driving speed of the vehicle. According to the method, the risk that a pedestrian is collided in a ghost probe scene can be effectively avoided.

    本申请涉及自动驾驶技术领域,提供一种行人横穿工况下车辆制动方法、装置及车辆,该方法包括:根据车辆的当前行驶速度,预测车辆前保险杠和后保险杠分别达到第一点的第一时间和第二时间,其中,第一点为车辆的行驶路线与行人的横穿路线的交叉点;根据行人当前行走速度,预测行人分别到达行人的横穿路线上预设的多个位置点的预测时间;根据第一时间、第二时间、预测时间判断车辆与行人是否存在碰撞风险;若存在碰撞风险,则根据行人横穿场景、横穿位置及车辆的当前行驶速度,采取对应制动策略。通过本申请的方法可以有效避免鬼探头场景下行人被碰撞的风险。
