The present invention is provided with: a cylindrical outer ring (3) attached to a member on the vehicle body side in a state in which the outer peripheral surface (3b) is in contact with the member; a cylindrical inner ring (2) attached to the center bearing in a state in which an inner peripheral surface (2b) is in contact with the outer periphery of the center bearing; and an elastic body (1) which is connected to the inner peripheral surface (3a) of the outer ring (3) and the outer peripheral surface (2a) of the inner ring (2), and which expands between these surfaces in a bellows-shaped curved shape protruding in one direction along the propeller shaft. The elastic body (1) has: a curved plate-shaped base section (15) which expands in a corrugated pipe-shaped curved shape while maintaining a constant thickness between the inner peripheral surface (3a) of the outer ring (3) and the outer peripheral surface (2a) of the inner ring (2); and a convex section (14) which is laminated on the convex surface (11a) of the curved portion of the base section (15) and protrudes in one direction. The elastic body (1) is formed by integrally forming a base part (15) and a convex part (14) from an elastic material.
