The invention relates to a shock absorber for an interconnected hydro-pneumatic suspension, a suspension system and a vehicle, and relates to the technical field of automobile shock absorbers.The shock absorber comprises a connecting base used for being connected with a vehicle frame, and a first oil way and a second oil way are arranged in the connecting base; the oil cylinder and the connecting base are arranged at an interval, a containing cavity is formed in the oil cylinder, and the closed end of the oil cylinder is used for being connected with a wheel; the piston assembly comprises a piston rod and a piston, one end of the piston rod is connected with the connecting base, the other end of the piston rod is provided with the piston and extends into the containing cavity, the piston divides the containing cavity into an upper oil cavity and a lower oil cavity, a first oil channel communicated with the upper oil cavity and a second oil channel communicated with the lower oil cavity are formed in the piston rod, and the first oil channel is communicated with the first oil way. The second oil channel communicates with the second oil way. Due to the fact that the oil way connectors of the upper oil cavity and the lower oil cavity are all arranged on the upper portion, when the shock absorber runs on a road with poor passing conditions, the situation that gravel splashes and collides with the oil way connectors can be prevented, and the operation stability and the use safety of the shock absorber are improved.
