The invention relates to a frequency conversion transformation method and system for a cooling water pump of an old ship. The method comprises the following steps that S1, a temperature sensing probe for detecting the temperature of a fresh water outlet of a heat exchanger is arranged at the position 2 m or above away from a temperature control three-way valve; s2, a first frequency converter and a temperature control three-way valve are adopted for conducting frequency conversion control on the sea water pump, an output signal of the first frequency converter serves as a first control quantity, and an output signal of the temperature control three-way valve serves as a secondary control quantity; the first frequency converter is set to enable the temperature of outlet fresh water cooled by seawater to be 36 DEG C; the set temperature of the temperature control three-way valve is changed from 36 DEG C to 34 DEG C; and S3, performing frequency conversion control on the fresh water pump by adopting a second frequency converter, when the fresh water outlet temperature of the heat exchanger is higher than 36 DEG C, outputting a signal for increasing the rotating speed of the fresh water pump by the second frequency converter, enhancing cooling, and finally enabling the fresh water to tend to 36 DEG C.

    本发明涉及一种老旧船舶冷却水泵变频改造方法和系统,该方法包括以下步骤:S1、将检测热交换器的淡水出口温度的感温探头设置在距温控三通阀2米以上的位置;S2、采用第一变频器和温控三通阀对海水泵进行变频控制,以第一变频器的输出信号作为第一控制量,温控三通阀的输出信号作为次要控制量;第一变频器设定为使得经过海水冷却后的出口淡水温度为36℃;温控三通阀的设定温度由原来的36℃改为34℃;S3、采用第二变频器对淡水泵进行变频控制,当热交换器的淡水出口温度高于36℃时,第二变频器输出使淡水泵转速升高的信号,加强冷却,最终使得淡水趋于36℃。
