The lifting mechanism comprises a pulley block, a pulley block support, a pulley block supporting frame and four jacking oil cylinders, the pulley block is rotationally arranged on the pulley block support, the four jacking oil cylinders are located at the four corners of the pulley block support respectively, one end of each jacking oil cylinder is connected with the pulley block support, and the other end of each jacking oil cylinder is connected with the pulley block support. The other ends of the jacking oil cylinders are hinged to the lifting mechanism fixing support, the pulley block supporting frame is fixed to the lifting mechanism fixing support and located below the pulley block support, and the pulley block support is supported on the upper side of the pulley block supporting frame when the four jacking oil cylinders are in a contracted state. Based on the structure of a hoisting mechanism of conventional hoisting equipment, switching between conventional hoisting control and high-precision positioning control is achieved through cooperation of the pulley block supporting frame and the four jacking oil cylinders, and cost is low.

    本发明公开了一种可选择高精度定位的起升机构,包含滑轮组、滑轮组支架、滑轮组支撑架和四个顶升油缸,滑轮组转动设置在滑轮组支架上,四个顶升油缸分别位于滑轮组支架的四角处,顶升油缸的一端与滑轮组支架连接,顶升油缸的另一端铰接在起升机构固定支架上,滑轮组支撑架固定在起升机构固定支架上并且位于滑轮组支架下方,四个顶升油缸收缩状态下,滑轮组支架支撑于滑轮组支撑架上侧。本发明基于常规的起重设备的起升机构的结构,通过滑轮组支撑架和四个顶升油缸的配合,实现了常规起升控制以及高精度定位控制的切换,并且成本低廉。
