The invention relates to the technical field of crane anti-falling equipment, and discloses an anti-falling mechanism used in a crane, the anti-falling mechanism comprises a truss, the interior of a reel is in transmission connection with a winding motor fixedly mounted on one side of the bottom end of the truss through a transmission shaft, and a linkage assembly is arranged on the surface of the transmission shaft and located between the reel and the winding motor; the linkage assembly comprises an outer shell fixedly installed at the bottom end of the truss, and the inner wall of the outer shell is movably sleeved with an elastic gasket. According to the anti-falling mechanism for the travelling crane, the characteristic that the viscosity of shear thickening liquid suddenly increases when the shear thickening liquid is subjected to violent shear force is utilized for the arrangement of the linkage assembly and the structure on the linkage assembly, and the situation that the viscosity of the shear thickening liquid suddenly increases when the travelling crane structure drops rapidly due to stall of the travelling crane structure can be effectively reduced; the rotating speed of the reel can be reduced firstly, then the locking action is carried out, and then severe impact damage caused by goods falling at a high speed to a band-type brake assembly on the reel is effectively reduced.

    本发明涉及行车防坠设备技术领域,且公开了一种用于行车中的防坠机构,包括桁架,所述绞轮的内部通过传动轴与固定安装在桁架底端一侧上的收卷电机传动连接,并在该传动轴的表面且位于绞轮与收卷电机之间设有联动组件,所述联动组件包括固定安装在桁架底端上的外壳体,且在外壳体的内壁上活动套接有弹性垫圈。该用于行车中的防坠机构,对于联动组件及其上结构的设置,利用剪切增稠液体在受到剧烈剪切力时,粘度突然变大的特性,可有效降低该行车结构因失速时导致其上所起吊的货物急速下坠时,可先降低绞轮的旋转速度而后再进行抱死动作,进而有效降低了高速下坠的货物对其上抱闸组件所造成剧烈冲击损伤。
