The invention relates to a mute air distributor and a ship ventilation system. The air distributor comprises a shell, a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet are formed in the shell, a silencing plate is arranged in the shell and is a curved plate, a plurality of silencing holes are formed in the silencing plate, and the plate face of the silencing plate is perpendicular to the flowing-out direction of fluid in the shell. Compared with the prior art, the device is used for being connected with a ship air conditioner, and adjusting and noise reduction are conducted on outlet air of the ship air conditioner; in the using process, the air distributor is communicated with an air outlet of a ship air conditioner through the fluid inlet and communicated with outside air through the fluid outlet, air conditioner air enters the air distributor, passes through the silencing plate and then flows out of the air distributor, the curved plate is arranged on the plate face of the air distributor, the silencing holes are formed in the curved plate, noise generated by airflow is absorbed by the curved plate, and the noise is reduced. The airflow noise is effectively reduced; meanwhile, the plate face of the air distributor faces the flowing-out direction of the fluid, all air flows out through the silencing plate, and the noise reduction efficiency of the air distributor is guaranteed.
本发明涉及一种静音布风器及船舶通风系统,布风器包括壳体,壳体上设有流体入口和流体出口,壳体内设有消音板,消音板为曲面板,消音板上设有多个消音孔,消音板的板面与壳体内流体流出的方向垂直设置。与现有技术相比,本发明的用于与船舶空调连接,对船舶空调出风进行调节降噪;在使用过程中,该布风器通过流体入口与船舶空调的出风口连通,通过流体出口与外界空气连通,空调风进入布风器后经过消音板再流出布风器,由于布风器的板面上为曲面板且设有消音孔,气流产生的噪音被曲面板所吸收,有效降低了气流噪声;同时布风器的板面朝向流体流出的方向,所有的风都会经过消音板再流出,有利于保证布风器的降噪效率。
