The invention provides an intelligent unloading AGV which structurally comprises moving wheels, an intelligent host, a battery body, a probe, a connecting layer and an automatic loading and unloading structure, the moving wheels are embedded into the four ends of the edge of the intelligent host, the center of the side edge of the intelligent host is electrically connected with the battery body, the probe is embedded into the center of the front end of the intelligent host, and the connecting layer is electrically connected with the battery body. The connection layer and the upper end of the intelligent host are of an integrated structure. After an automatic loading and unloading structure is further improved, the position effect of a blocking frame can be stably controlled through a rotating disc and an electrified connecting rod on a parallel plate, and then an automatic unloading device in the blocking frame can open a tractor firstly, turn over and incline to the ground, so that one end of a loading cavity can be in a hollowed-out state; and then the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft are started to drive the conveying belt to operate, then the materials in the loading cavity can be output by the conveying belt and finally slide out of the tractor area, therefore, the AGV trolley can achieve the characteristic of automatic unloading, and the intelligent effect of the AGV trolley is improved.
本发明提供一种智能化卸料AGV小车,其结构包括:移动轮、智能主机、电池体、探头、衔接层、自动装、卸结构,移动轮嵌入于智能主机的边缘四端,智能主机侧边中心与电池体进行电连接,探头嵌入于智能主机的前端中心,衔接层与智能主机上端为一体化结构;本发明由自动装、卸结构进一步改进后,通过平行板上的旋转盘及通电连杆能稳定的控制阻挡框的位置效果,然后阻挡框内部的自动卸货器可先将牵引器进行开启翻转倾斜至地面,使得装料腔一端能处于镂空状态,随后启动一号、二号转轴带动输送带进行运行,进而装料腔内部的物料可被输送带进行输出,最后从牵引器区域滑出,为此能够使AGV小车实现自动卸料的特点,进而提高AGV小车的智能化效果。
